I wish I could give them 10 stars. I had a wonderful experience working with David & Roya. I sold my condo and also bought a townhouse with their help, and they managed the timing perfectly so there were no issues between selling and buying. David was always available whenever I reached out—whether early in the morning or late at night—and consistently replied with confident, accurate answers. This was my first time selling and buying a home at the same time, and David made the process easy to understand by explaining everything from A to Z. He always presented multiple solutions, explained the possible outcomes, and respected my opinions while guiding me toward the best decisions. His professionalism and skill in crunching the numbers saved me a significant amount of money, and he even helped me get far more money at closing than I expected. Honestly, he has a way of making things happen that might otherwise seem impossible. What impressed me even more is that David encouraged me to reach out anytime with questions—even those unrelated to buying or selling. He has already given me great advice on other home issues, and I truly appreciate his ongoing support.
