They listened to my concerns, performed an outstanding pre-purchase inspection the next day, were available immediately to discuss the findings, and were fully transparent about the process. They counseled me regarding whether it would be a good choice to buy this car (I’m glad I didn’t end up buying it due to concerns that were invisible to the eye but were found during the inspection).
