Got a brand new crown and feel like a King! Dr. Nouna and his staff were very professional and I am so grateful. I want to give a special shout out to Aurora, the Assistant Manager. I probably would not have had the work done if not for her patience, kindness, and expertise in answering so many questions before I felt good about having the procedure. Is a raise and/or a promotion in order here? Oh YES!! Thanks, everybody.

This location is so professional and welcoming. All ladies at front desk -especially Aurora(when walking in & over the phone) are always so sweet, knowledgeable and accommodating. Hazel is amazing! I did a full cleaning with Hazel and not only did she take her time cleaning, she took the time to explain what's going on and how to take care of my teeth as i had much work done in prior years. I've had my teeth cleaned at multiple different 1st family dental locations but Hazel was so caring and knowledgeable that you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you Addison team and Hazel 😊!

I have been coming to this dentist for quite some time. There’s been plenty of great experiences and plenty of bad. The front desk and the hygienists at this location are amazing. They truly care and want what’s best for the patient. Everytime I have had my teeth cleaned the ladies who cleaned my teeth were very informative and gentle. However, today I have probably had one of the WORST experiences ever. The hygienist I received today seemed like they had no clue what they were doing at all. During my cleaning I was getting toothpaste all over my face and hair. Even while the doctor was examining my teeth the hygienist seemed clueless. The doctor wasn’t gentle at all during my examination and very passive aggressive. I’ve had such bad experiences with the doctor himself on multiple occasions, but this visit was my final straw. I will no longer be coming to this location unfortunately.

I had the best expirience of my life with dr Nouna and his assistant Enisa, i had deep filing on one of my tooth and i had no pain in the hole process neither at the anestesia aplication, i was very nervious since as a kid i have been dealing with decay and i have always had pain at some point when i went to the dentist. I was very surprise when dr Nouna finished that i did not feel pain. he and his assistant work so efficiently that was a pleasure instead of a nightmare, i recomend 100% this place, front desk assistants are always friendly and bilingual,
