I went to Dr. Chan's office first time this week - happily surprised. My hygienist Maggie gave me a quite thorough cleaning which was just incomparable. I have been quite disappointed in NY's dental service in general since I moved in several years ago. My gum would still bleed and inflamed after hygiene visits in other places. But Maggie took extra effort and time removing the plaque for me - exactly what I need! Dr. Chan gave me very comprehensive advice on how to maintain healthy gum and the follow up steps. A professional and friendly place to go. Recommend it!

If you're looking for an amazing place to take care of your oral health, NGL, I highly recommend Midtown Dental Art! For me, dental procedures have always been a big challenge (nightmares)I've dreaded the idea of pain ever since I was a kid. But Dr. Chen completely eliminated that for me! From start to finish, Dr. Chen and her team were exceptional. The environment is 100% clean! And the dental equipments are truly advanced. The entire experience made me feel at ease. I had a root canal yesterday, and it was honestly incredible, and completely painless( ZERO PAIN)! Dr. Chen is also incredibly caring and thorough. She explains everything in detail without any complicated terms, making it easy to understand. I felt quite relaxed for the first time ever during a dental procedure. Dr. Chen’s professionalism and expertise truly shine through, and I couldn’t be more grateful! I truly want to thank Dr.Chen and her whole team for their professionalism and high quality work. I don’t write reviews since it takes too much time but I wanted to for this office because I’ve been coming here for a long time. The doctors and staff here are so sweet. I’m glad that they also speak mandarin and Cantonese since I can understand better in Chinese. I switched dentist because I had a very aggressive dentist and WOW the difference was so clear. I’ve seen both Dr. Chen and Dr. Wah for my treatments and they were both very knowledgeable. I don’t have very good teeth so over the years I’ve had fillings, crowns, root canal, and an extraction done here and I never had any major problem afterwards. The dental assistants, front desk, and the office manager are always super accommodating and kind when I come for my visits as well! Definitely come to this place!

Other dentists I have been to in the past suck and were horrible so I was nervous to come here but this dental office is literally the best. They’re so good. Everyone there is funny and super kind!! The procedures are explained well and the cost of the procedures is cheaper than most places yet the quality of the work is so good. 10/10 would recommend. I always refer my friends here when they tell me they need a new dentist.
