I recently had an excellent experience with Luis and Danny from “All Out”. Luis was very responsive to my questions before the treatment, which made me feel informed and confident in their service. I’ve always heard that bedbugs are challenging to eliminate, so the detailed information on the process put me at ease. Luis even sent me a video to help me understand the process. When Danny arrived at my location to inspect, he was easy to talk to and didn’t rush the inspection. He treated my floor and we discussed when the occupant of the first floor would be available for treatment. The next day, I called “All Out” and they scheduled treatment for the first floor that evening. Danny later called me back within an hour to inform me that he could come right away. Luis from “All Out” then called me to say that Danny would arrive within minutes. That’s what I call excellent service! It’s been two weeks since the treatment, and I’m sleeping soundly (like a baby) with no bites.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from All Out Bedbug Exterminators from my initial phone call back in December through today when I had my “30 days after” inspection. The staff is very understanding, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable in this field of work. My problem was taken care of immediately and efficiently. Kudos to Carlos the technician who did my initial inspection, treatment and my 30 day follow-up today. He is extremely professional, friendly, caring, and an expert when it comes to getting the job done! I was very comfortable with Carlos and appreciated all of his knowledge that he shared with me regarding bedbugs and the bedbug extermination process that All Out uses. Carlos made sure that he treated every nook and cranny in my apartment and was gentle with all of my belongings. I purchased the 90 day treatment plan and love that if there are any additional issues (which I hope there is not) that All Out will come back to assist me again.
