24 Hour Superior Emergency Drain Cleaning & Plumbing

My mom's house has had a leak for the past month. We did everything the water company had recommended and nothing had been successful. We went to Lowe's on a Friday evening to see if we can get a part and someone that worked there had recommended John. We called immediately to explain the situation to John. He was already fairly certain that it was a slab leak based on his experience. He said he would try to come in on Saturday evening if his schedule permitted and if he was unable to come in on Saturday; he would be come see us first thing on Monday. We agreed and then we waited. Due to his schedule, he wasn't able to come in on Saturday but assured us again he would be at the house first thing on Monday. John came in at 7:30 AM Monday and started to go through where was the cause of the problem. He found the source of the leak quickly and was able to start going through and fixing it. Throughout that time, he was open, honest, calming, and professional. Once fixed, he was able to clean and put everything back in its place. His pricing was fair and compensated for being able to find the issue quickly. The relief that John/Z Plumberz was able to bring for us cannot be understated. He was very thorough in locating the pipe leak under the concrete slab in the kitchen. John and the team were extremely professional, very pleasant, down to earth, and clearly explained the steps needed for the repipe repair. Initially when I had called, I was happily surprised to be able to get a live person on the phone immediately, since it was after normal business hours. They explained that they do emergency plumbing service calls too. Once I explained the issue, Z Plumberz put my mind at ease and offered to walk me through a temporary solution over the phone until they arrived the next day, which saved us some money. That’s when we knew we picked the right plumbing company. The price was to be expected, given the scope of work that was performed. The price actually came in under what I was quoted by John at Z Plumberz. We are now having Z Plumberz doing our bathroom remodeling I can’t say enough of about them. Thank you Z Plumberz and John.
