Excellent service from this traditional shoe repairer. I was walking from Waterloo to the National Theatre, when the sole of my boot came off almost completely. I had to tie it on with the shoe lace from my other boot! The gentleman in the shop did a speedy and effective repair job, restitching the sole, and did the other shoe just in case. And we still made it to the Theatre on time.

The gentleman at the shop went above and beyond to ensure the repair met my expectations, and he did so with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. It’s rare to find this level of premium service in London these days. Highly recommended.
