Venus KlaireRecently moved into my house and to my horror discovered a leaking lead pipe! I found Jack The Plumber via SWT website and they are registered with them. The process of getting an urgent booking to fix the leak was excellent and quoted a reasonable price. As it’s Good Friday Bank Holiday, I was not charged extra for the work! Two very nice and friendly plumbers fixed the problem swiftly! They had to cut away at the floor to access the water pipe. The leaking section was replaced and a new stopcock was installed (previous one was knackered). Very professional, knowledgeable and tidy work carried out by Jack The Plumber! I am reassured the leak is now fixed! Good Friday indeed 😊 Thank you so much 😊
