Gladiator did a wonderful job with our new roof. We selected a really distinct shingle color that didn't create any HOA issues. Even with weather not always cooperating, the install was without event. Keyen and Desiree did a good job keeping us informed of the schedule. The job wasn't deemed 'complete' until we were completely satisfied with everything. I highly recommend Gladiator Roofing.

We couldn't have been happier with all aspects of our new roof installation by Gladiator. They had some unpleasant surprises during the old roof tear off, which resulted in a lot more work during 90+ degree temps, and pop up storms. They stayed late the first day, came back before dawn, and had it finished the next. They cleaned up so well, you couldn't even tell they'd been here. Thanks to Keyen and Caleb for staying on top of every twist and turn this house threw at them, and for showing up in person to inspect and supervise. We mostly want to thank the polite and hard working crew who never slowed down under August conditions that were brutal. Thank you for a job expertly done!

This company is the equivalent of an ambulance chaser. Their rep showed up at our door the morning after a tornado hit our home. They offered to tarp the roof and board up windows for us and asked us to sign a contract “for that day’s work only.” We liked their response and asked them to complete our other repairs as soon as possible. Nine weeks later, they had done nothing. When we fired them, they claimed we were breaching a contract. The only contract we had signed was the day after the storm for boarding up windows and tarping the roof. They charged the insurance company $1,250 for hanging three sheets of plywood. All of our neighbors fired them, too. If someone from Gladiator Roofing and Restoration comes to your door, tell them to get off of your property.

Dillon Reeder and Shawn Cook of Gladiator Roofing were extremely helpful during the entire process of working with our insurance company regarding a claim for a new roof and gutters. Any questions we had Dillon answered right away and kept us in loop as to what was going on. The quality of the work was excellent.
