Doctor is good and she knows everything about it. The bad thing here is service and the financial Asian lady who handles billing. They operate at best as a Brooklyn car dealership. Very expensive and as soon as you don’t wanna do it with them they treat you like scum. I took some RX over and they sent me unreadable images. My next dentist have to make over the whole RX process. very unprofessional and disrespectful since I paid for them. It was a while ago but they sent me adds today so I took my sweet time to let remember and write this. Furthermore, I had a serious infection in my mouth, they didn’t care about sending the antibiotics prescribed or anything related. Funny thing, they tried to charge 500 my insurance for the visit and the RX. I have the bill and everything. Just avoid them. It’s horrible

Amazing experience! From reception to billing to the nurses and doctors, everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. My visit (for a dental emergency) was quick and pain-free, and my prescription was sent over to my pharmacy quickly and without issue afterward. Thank you to the entire team!!

The staff are friendly and service was okay, but there were times I had a cleaning and the dentist was unavailable and I was charged for the entire visit. Also, very expensive when it came to getting a new retainer when I already had a mold for Invisalign from another dentist office. The office said they couldn’t retrieve my scans from the other office and I had to pay for new ones. When I went to a new dentist office they provided a good quality retainer with a decent price. This office is too expensive and service is mediocre. Wouldn’t recommend this dentist and left disappointed in search of another dentist and service quality.
