Everyone was really nice, from the front office to all the other staff! I didn’t have to wait for long to be seen which I really loved! They were also very patient in explaining everything to me, from the Dr. to all the other staff.They also prevented me from getting unnecessary work done which would have really cost me in the future! The best cleaning I ever had, it was professionally and thoroughly well done! I was very scared to get my filling but they assured me everything would be fine, made the process comfortable and answered all my questions both financial (for payment plans) and medical which I really appreciate! I am a new patient and would definitely be getting my insurances by my next visit, and coming here as my Dentist office! I feel very confident with my teeth now, and I would be taking extra good care of them and getting my regular checkups!

I am like so many others, not afraid but leery of the dentist. I must say, the staff at 360 dental were SUPERLATIVE! From the front desk to the dental hygienist/ assistant, all the way to the dentist himself! I was made to feel very comfortable. 10 Start recommendation. From the moment I walked in, through the process and my process all I received was exemplary care from all the outstanding medical Staff. I have had many unpleasant experiences throughout my life with different dental providers, that had caused for me to have anxiety when just thinking on visiting a dental office. My Husband spoke with the medical staff and they made an appointment for my visit. Walking in to the office I was greeted by Emily with outstanding customer service and was well aware of the details my husband gave them regarding my situation. When call to start my appointment all the staff provided care, explaining step by step all that was going to be done as well what needed to be done. Throughout the time in the office The doctors and staff were professional, respectful and attentive to my needs. I most say the office is very clean which is a plus. I will soon have follow up appointments and I can say I now feel better with less anxiety and looking forward to get all the medical care needed with 360 Dental.
