And I cannot say enough good things about Kristian, who has been so patient with my never-ending texts. They were extremely flexible to accommodate my schedule. We bought a heat pump in September and now 2 months later it does not work. We have tried contacting them for the last 6 days and each time we get told they will pass it along to their maintenance supervisor and it has been flagged as an emergency. We have heard nothing back and are now forced to pay another company to fix it. The whole thing feels like a scam from the start. We were told the financing was through the greener homes initiative (it wasn't) and we would be getting a $1500 rebate (we didn't) and they added on a 10 extended warranty on top of it which they clearly will never honor and pushed the total cost up to $20,000.
