Matt, Corey and the crew were great to work with and did a really, really nice job! Everything from the get-go was easy and both Matt and Corey were exceptionally responsive and patient with the loads of questions I had! I am so happy with the finished product!! I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone nor to use them again. If/when I have the budget, I will be calling on 3D to do my driveway.

Matt and team did a great job in creating a solution to help solve a water drainage issue for me. They put in a beautiful new retaining wall and drainage system. Matt was easy to work with and very responsive.

My wife and I hired 3D to install a patio and walk and two stoops late in 2022. After postponing on us for nearly 2 weeks they were good enough to pour all of the work while the high was in the 60's and the lows were in the teens; no blankets or protection of any kind. With a background in Civil Engineering I expressed my concern that this wasn't going to work. Matt assured me that everything was going to be fine; stated that they would warrantee the work for a year after it's placement. the following April I noticed that there were hairline cracks running longitudinally through the saw joints. When I requested it be address I was declined, and this weekend after the rain noticed that there's another failure, this one discolored. I should have forced him to tear it all out and pour it all over again. Attached are the photos that I shared with Matt and his team, crazy how you can spend over 10 grand on some flat work and the craftsmanship is garbage. Looking forward to scrounging up some more cash to pay someone else to demo out the panels that have failed. 2025 Update: Matt, thanks for your insight on this. Had you bothered to come back out we could have shown you that these cracks aren't near where you and I agreed to install those conduits; let's call them "drains". The intent was that these drains would be below the concrete as a means of conveying water from the patio out and away from the foundation in a relatively flat property to the swale located at the side property line. Per the drawing [attached] that I provided you before you agreed to the job, those 'drains' were to go up against the house. Each of those locations look fine. I've attached some updated photos of the cracks, they're leaching now, there's systemic spalling and pop outs. Seems as though there were some issues with the surface finishing and probably adverse reactions between the Chloride admixtures you used [instead of insulating] and the rebar. You can make all the small minded remarks you'd like; but the proof is in the pudding. Quality work doesn't look like this.
