Adrienne JusticeITS GIVING SCAM! THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My mother passed away 3 weeks ago after 46 years of marriage with my Dad. I wanted to try to brighten his sadness with a gift from 3Dcrystal/3Dinnovation but the customer service I received from this Kiosk Manager was horrible! He had zero care or concern for the misspelling of the message after I spent $325 for the Large Heart of my parents’ wedding photo. The message was misspelled and he told me it’s not his problem, it’s mine. He told me English is his 4th language as if this was an excuse. He pretended to call his manager then told me he wasn’t available and showed me messages in another language (Turkish) which I could not read. I had no other choice but to walk away and decided to leave a review to protect the next person. I feel so sorry that this gift is a loss for my Dad. Do not recommend!
Nikki MStaff is very helpful and I’m in love with the product I purchased. The picture looks exactly like the one I gave them and it was ready within 3 business days as promised. The prices are a little expensive but it’s quality for sure. I wish the engraving was a bit darker as I had to purchase an LED light to display the crystal on bc you can’t see it too well in indirect lighting. But overall, I’m very pleased with this business! Rana is amazing and made it possible for me to make my order right in time before Christmas.

This 3D innovation location only place that restoring all pictures before they put into crystal.. Store manager Javad restored my grandpa’s 1946 picture. Till today I spent there over 3000$ but I am happy that in this location only professionals are working
