Worst ever company to hire for interior.They are not professional at all.They dont have machines to work. Just some no knowledge and experience local carpenters.They say budjeted interior and they keep increasing budjet through out. They use chepeast material.before shifting in house, all laminates are so dirty, broken. I request people not to hire them even in FREE.They are such waste of time n money. Horrible work. I swear they hurt peoples emotions, waste their hard earned money, this company will not sustain long and prosperous. After paying so much, we hired another company to refurbish our new house.All POPs are broken and fallen down.cracks on furniture and wall.Every time i see my house and i had bad curse for them.For sure. I've connected with OneSpace for interior of my 3BHK flat and quality of work is not up to the mark and a lot of issues have happened. Initially and while work is ongoing, they would call you multiple times for payment but when it comes to maintenance or calling back to customer, they failed 90% of the time. It is your responsibility to get connected with them if you have any things to discuss, if team members are busy, no one calls back. For some of the discussed items at the end they told it to be additional charges, though the team member provided a resolution to it and told me they paid from their pocket. Staff members keep changing there, No one is your fixed point of contact post site delivery, and some members are arrogant enough that they would visit your place to investigate the issue and tell you that everything that is not working or getting broken is because of YOU tried to smash it or break it. (LMAO!) When you call for maintenance staff members would just say "Sorry, I am not aware of the situation and keeps you stranded please contact with X person on this number". And the senior member would just provide illogical justification of their terms and services but wouldn't think it reasonably with a point of view from an architect / interior designer's perspective. And later they just try to escape situation stating it is not covered as part of maintenance. Even they would blame other agencies (builder, third party vendors) and escaping the situation without knowing prior issues related to same problem. And if they are to provide a solution, they would charge it and additionally it would be hefty (much more than you can get it done locally) Overall furniture (Fixed + loose) they provided does not seem to be a good quality and had to request multiple repair services for the same but still the problem is not solved, and even furniture started getting worse in just 1 year. Electric items and stuff is getting marks removed in less than 1 year and they would tell you are using it inappropriately and deny to replace or repair the parts. A humble request: Please don't reply with generic message, asking for details to investigate the case, you already have all the details in your system and all the issues are already discussed with team members.
