The physical therapists and assistants are amazing here but the billing office is awful. They messed up two months of my claims and overcharged me for co-pays even though I had hit my out of pocket maximum. This wouldn't be a problem by itself, but I have been trying to get refunded for months and just keep getting empty promises that I'll receive my refund in 2-3 weeks. I am very sad to say I will need to find a different provider for the recovery from my next surgery.

I came here for low back pain and had an excellent experience! The team quickly found the cause, explained everything clearly, and helped me get back to feeling great. Everyone is super friendly and positive, and I actually enjoyed coming to my sessions. When my symptoms were gone, I felt amazing — and a little sad I didn’t need to come anymore. Highly recommend this place!

This facility used to be quite good. Not the case during my most recent visit . The therapists used to do much more manipulation/hands on, but wasn’t my experience this time. The techs helped with exercise needs and therapists spent a couple minutes, at best, not doing much. Can’t see where pulling or pushing on my knee did anything for my injury. Very disappointing.
