When we left the dealership, I told my husband I was sad that I may not see Johnny again, and I meant it! This location also had a lot of cars on hand so we didn’t have to wait more than a few days.
Jerry JacobI bought my used Kia Sportage from Subaru Mississauga, and based on my experience before the sale agreement signed all good and after service is very bad. So I will rethink about another purchase from your dealership. After I picked my car, found an issue with some noise from the rear passenger side. Called the sales representative and asked me to drop the car back to check and they called me back saying that the issue is resolved and I went back to pick the car and the issue was not fixed. So didn’t pick the car until they fixed it the next day. So I had to depend on rental car from my pocket for the next 4 days as it was a weekend. So lack of responsibility from the service and sales. Also I did asked them to shampoo seats and added that in the sale agreement and nothing was done to clear the stains from the seat. So overall it was not a great dependable team, after you sign the agreement.
