The workouts strike the perfect balance between fun and challenge—tough but totally rewarding! I’m stepping away for personal reasons, but I would gladly rejoin if the opportunity arises. I joined the 416 family a month ago and I regret not joining it sooner. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Gaby who is super supportive and friendly. She introduced me to all the workouts and motivated me to push harder. All the sessions have been super fun! I love how the classes are structured and the variety of workouts keeps things exciting. Shoutout to coach Megs for pushing my limits. All the members have been very sweet as well. I would highly recommend this fitness club at Queens Quay :)

All the coaches are great, they will always help you to overcome any difficulties to achieve your goals, very detail oriented, smiling and great professionals overall. Amazing coaches are guarantee of the gym's reputation! However, 416 is not just a gym, it's a community that welcomes you the second you walk in! Members are very friendly and fun to workout with! You will always have lots of great events to attend and socialize! Huge shout-out to the manager of the gym, Megs. She is an amazing, inspiring coach/manager who will understand all your needs and make sure not only to get you fitter, but to implement that you learned inside the gym to your daily routine. If you are looking for a place to have fun and increase your athletic performance, look no further! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
