We had a new roof installed by 435 Roofing in April 2025. The installation itself went smoothly, but everything else has been frustrating. Communication throughout the process was slow, we often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic responses. We also had to handle most of the communications with our insurance company on our own, in addition to being a middleman for discussions that had to happen between 435 Roofing and our claims adjuster. After a heavy rainstorm in mid-July, we found a large stain on our bathroom ceiling. We immediately contacted 435 Roofing according to their "leak-free guarantee" policy, and while a crew came out and made a repair the following weekend, no one communicated what was found or done. When we asked what would be done about the ceiling damage, our salesperson (Brian) confirmed that there was a part of the roof that had to be adjusted/repaired but told us to clean our (vaulted) ceiling ourselves with bleach, despite the fact that this issue never occurred before this new roof was installed. We then called the main office to express our concern over the lack of follow-through. In response, Brian informed us that someone would come fix the ceiling on Tuesday, July 29. As of the time of this review, no one has showed up or called about the supposed repair visit. When we reached back out to the main office for an update, we were just told to contact Brian again. As a result of this disappointing experience, I’ve retracted my previous recommendations of 435 Roofing to friends and family. If you’re looking for a roofing company that values communication, accountability, and customer satisfaction, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

That last windstorm blew my furnace flue cap off. 435 Roofing, Inc. had previously replaced my roof 2 years ago. When I called, they jumped at the chance to do this small repair with the same urgency they had for my large job. Consistently great to work with. Would recommend.

Lloyd was very proactive and responsive. He told me when we scheduled he would beat all other estimates and he was right. He was very flexible with our changing dates and finished quicker than I thought they would. They spent extra time adding flashing and silicone to areas with water concern and went above and beyond with creativity in spots with snow concern. I had a couple of concerns and they were taking care of WITHIN the hour!!! You don't find that kind of service often! Use this company! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Superb customer service. I noticed new water stains on my bedroom ceiling. I thought, "Oh no!! I will need to replace the roof!" My son-in-law recommended Lloyd Lantz. I called Lloyd; left a message; and received a call back almost immediately. Then, we exchanged messages and I provided pictures of the damage. I thought I needed a full roof replacement and he recommended taking a look at it to see if it could be repaired. I welcomed the repair. Lloyd was right!! He fixed five areas, which made it so that I will not worry for a while when it rains. At the end, he provided an estimate for replacing the roof and gutters which seems quite affordable. What a wonderful morning. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Well, fast forward a few months. 434 Roofing Inc replaced the roof once the weather cleared up. The crew came early in the morning and took care of the roof. After a lunch break, they cleaned up the debris hardly leaving a trace. My bushes were intact. Only a flimsy bird bath was knocked over. Gutters Midwest came a few days later to replace the gutters. Nice and efficient. I am so glad that I asked one of the guys about the shirts they wore. Now, I use those shirts to keep cool while I work in the garden. Lloyd suggested I tell my insurance company about the roof. I had not thought about this. My premium was reduced. Lloyd also fixed the bird bath. Thank you very much!
