rlly cheap apt for what you pay for. When I moved in there was crackpipes that had been left on my balcony.. and I had to pick it up myself. Walls are also VERY VERY THIN. You can hear everything especially when you live beside the staircase. Management does nothing and people get drunk and run up the stairs every Friday and Saturday. Also people love to ... with the windows open and have no shame if they are heard. I really recommend looking somewhere else. +Smells like weed 75% of the time if its not weed then garbage smell.

THEFTS HAPPEN WEEKLY AND MANAGEMENT IGNORES IT. This building is unsafe. They don’t even talk to the police. It’s like they’ve given up protecting tenants.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are thefts constantly and the office does nothing but make excuses. You’re on your own if anything happens.
