I had such a great experience at Dermalaser! I came in for lip filler, and from start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Wow! It was my first time getting laser hair removal on my face. The chin wasn't bad at all, but as it got closer to my lip, that's when we had to turn down the intensity. But Brenda was great! Talked me through it all, and was very accomidating as I was nervous. I can't wait to see the results from my first session. There is very little redness from this first session. I look forward to going back next month for my next session... Thank you, Brenda! UPDATE 1 MONTH LATER.... Wow! Barely any of my black hair came back! I know it takes a few sessions to get to ask the hair cycles, but this was a pretty great start! 👌 Another great session with Brenda! FYI, I was educated today that unless your hair has pigment in it (black, brown, etc color...) the laser will NOT detect white hairs 😭 This was sad for me since, as you can see in the updated picture, this is my major problem... I have many white hairs! So back to tweezing out the white ones for me! So, just know this going in...😉

I have never had to leave a review, but the way they handled the situation left a bitter taste in my mouth. On the day of my consultation/1st appointment I had pre-paid 1/2 of my 6 laser treatments. I had a great time, and genuinely thought I’d continue coming here. We were finished with my treatment, and went to reschedule my next appointment for 10:30 AM. Then I get a message a day before my appointment at 8:30 PM asking if I could come in at 9:45 AM. I found it odd they were texting me so late, but still responded because they’re a legit company… right? Anyways, we rescheduled for today, which I missed due to an emergency I had to take care of with my pet. I texted them and let them know the situation and asked if we could reschedule for tomorrow. Then they said, "Friendly reminder, there is a $35 fee for not cancelling/rescheduling 48 hours before the appt.” Makes sense, most places have those in place as to not lose money, totally get it. What I didn’t like, was the fact they didn’t have even the slightest courtesy to call my number and ask if I was running late, if I had forgotten, which most places do reaching the 10/15 minute mark. Not even a call or text saying “Hey, you missed your appointment, please call or text us to reschedule”. Due to my emergency with my pet, I was held up until 12, which is when I had to text them, letting them know I missed my appointment. If there is a $35 charge, why was I not called/texted to be made aware of that beforehand, and only told that when I texted them? When I brought it up to person on the phone all she said was “Well it’s on the consent form”, not even trying to be sympathetic. I understand it is on the consent form, but we all have jobs, and mine doesn’t revolve around dermalaser, so common courtesy would be to let the client know WHEN they confirm their appointment. All in all, they do good treatments, but definitely need improvement and more professionalism in the way they communicate to their clients.

Was super nervous to try botox, but Jose made me feel comfortable so I finally tried it. It was done super fast and I can't believe how scared I has been, it's honestly not even as bad as a bee sting! Really appreciate him just being a reassuring and friendly person, that gave me the confidence to try something new. Hopefully this will help reduce my RBF hah!😆🌟
