Refused to show a rental unit without demanding my personal information upfront, including a credit and background check—just to view the apartment. I never even got a reply after politely explaining that I wasn't comfortable sharing sensitive data without first seeing the place. If you're not willing to hand over your SSN or authorize a credit pull immediately, they’ll ignore you completely. It’s a red flag and shows how little they respect prospective tenants. I recommend looking elsewhere if you care about privacy and being treated fairly.

I would recommend Jeni to be your real estate agent for a hundred solid reasons, however what I feel is most important is that she treats you like family. Buying and selling homes are two of the most important things adults will do in their lives and Jeni made us feel as if we were of her only client with her dedication to make our experience the smoothest it could be, as if we were her own family!
