Title: Stay Away from Elite Mindz Private Limited - Disastrous Experience I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Elite Mindz Private Limited, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away. Where do I even begin? Firstly, their customer service is abysmal. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone when you have a problem, and when you finally do, they are unhelpful and dismissive. Secondly, their work quality is atrocious. I hired them for a project, and not only did they miss multiple deadlines, but the final product was riddled with errors and looked amateurish at best. It was clear that they didn't put any effort into understanding our needs or delivering a satisfactory result. Thirdly, their pricing is completely unreasonable for the level of service and quality you receive. You would expect a company with such high rates to at least deliver on their promises, but Elite Mindz failed miserably in every aspect. To top it all off, when I tried to voice my concerns and request a refund or some form of compensation for the disaster they caused, they were incredibly rude and refused to acknowledge any fault on their part. In conclusion, Elite Mindz Private Limited is a disaster waiting to happen. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and wasted money by steering clear of this incompetent company.
