I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Rodica and Margherita at 1477 Mississauga Valley Blvd. They both went above and beyond in assisting my cousins, who are newcomers to Canada, with their rental process. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine dedication made the experience smooth and welcoming during such an important transition. I truly appreciate their outstanding support and highly recommend their service. I hope they continue with the same level of excellence and care in helping others.

A lot of rats even I live in the 12th floor. The other problem it is not clean as many residents dragging garbage in the corridor and leaving the garbage inside without dropping it in the garbage bin. Management has been informed many times but they did not take any action

We were recently searching for rental unit in Mississauga area and when came across 1477, The Mapplewoods, Margareta the leasing administrator was very supportive, friendly and welcoming from the first day. She provided us with a detailed virtual tour and took an effort to find a unit within our budget.
