Love this place! Just joined last week after walking by a hundred times, and I’m very glad that I did. Jake and Bridget, the owners, are super friendly and helpful, the place has a very welcoming feel to it, the natural lighting is awesome, I’ve never had to wait for a machine, locker room is sparkling clean, just overall pretty awesome. The best gym I’ve ever belonged to, by far. You’ll love it too!

I have absolutely nothing wrong to say with this gym yet I've only gone three times. The owners are super awesome. Nice! I don't know any other words for it, but it's awesome! Gym is a little small in the setup but it is what it is. It has a lot of equipment in this little small setup. I mean the bars they have there won't even compare to the major gyms that I've seen and I've come from xsport in Chicago, Illinois I'm absolutely enjoying the environment. It's well worth paying in advance. The 45 bucks a month. Again, awesome little Gym

I was looking for a gym just get a day pass around me because my main gym unfortunately closed early on sundays and this was a great gym! I was honestly expecting the same old commercial gym but everything was clean and organized! They had every machine I needed and an outdoor workout area. I’m definitely coming back here when I’m in town again!

Still the best Powerlifting gym in the city. Jake & Co are an amazing family and make you feel welcome. Plus, tons of specialty equipment and lots of competitive lifters to learn from!
