Matt was fantastic! Would recommend to all my friends and family! He was always available for texts or calls early in the mornings and later in the evening. He worked really well with my mortgage company, communicating back and forth with them and me. He was very informative on the things I didn't know and and didn't understand. Overall it was a great experience working with Matt!

I used Matt Posusta to list my brothers home in Ankeny. I am not from the area, and Matt helped me get through this. He has a great attitude, he was personable and honest. He helped with all the inspections and appointments regarding this sale and gave great tips to get top dollar from the home. So much, that we had 3 offers in one day and got well above list price. I would definitely recommend Matt, and will use him for any future real estate transactions.

Matt is fantastic to work with. He was patient and helped keep me calm during the whole process of buying my new home. He explained every step in the process and even put quite a few miles on his truck to ensure I found the perfect house for me. 100% would recommend.

Hunter is the BEST realtor we have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We will use him as our realtor when we sell and purchase real-estate in our future as well. Thank you for being so patient with us. What a wonderful company to be a part of.
