Came for an eyelash tint and lift here for the first time when I normally go somewhere else. Unfortunately, I did not really like the results. They definitely looked lifted and tinted, but I can feel that one eye's lashes are more curled than the other and they're touching my eyelid which is really annoying. The individual lashes aren't curled evenly, especially the ones on the inner corners of my eyes, which are really bothering me now. They are jagged and going all over the place instead of being evenly spaced out and pointing the same direction. It's hard to see in photos, but in comparison to how they normally look when I get a lash lift/tint, it is average

I've been coming to Perfect You off and on since 2019 and have visited a few different techs there. The online booking experience is easy and smooth and the downtown location is very convenient and secure. By far and away, Tina is the best lash tech I've ever had. Be sure to book your appointment with her specifically! She is kind, friendly, and extremely diligent. She takes pride in the quality of her work and makes a real effort to help accommodate my busy schedule. I will never go to anyone else! My lashes last the longest when done with her, over anyone else who has done them. She is thoughtful about making sure she's giving you the lashes you want that are also appropriate for your lash type (not too heavy, not the same for each client). I get so many compliments! I have had a wonderful experience at Perfect You, seeing a few of the techs and getting great advice for my lashes and brows. After booking Tina Ta to do my lash lift and brow lamination last year, I have been booking with her ever since! Tina is very meticulous in her work and always checks in to make sure she understands what you want. She is very diligent and works on small details to make sure your result is exactly what you want. I like to keep my lashes my natural brown colour and have them more fanned out than curled, and she does for me exactly what I ask for without trying to convince me to do it the more common way (dyed black with more curl). I have seen her work on others too and am impressed with her range and attention to detail. I have also tried some other looks with her. If you want a subtle and natural elevated no-makeup look, she can deliver beautifully. If you want a more dramatic glamorous or edgy look, she can do that as well! She is also patient and applies and cleans off the products extremely carefully, checking in often. I have been very stressed out going to lash bars or salons in the past as my eyes and skin burn easily, but Tina takes extra care and uses gentle products that don’t irritate me but give a fabulous result. The lift also lasts me at least 8 weeks every time! I never wear mascara anymore, I don’t need it with this beautiful, natural looking lift. She also gives great after care instructions (so make sure to follow it!) and each time you go, she will get to know the way your lashes or brows react better and better, providing very personalized service. My lashes have always reacted unevenly to a second lift after 8 weeks from the first, and techs at other lash bars would tell me there was no issue and I would give up, feeling like I had wasted money, but Tina helped me understand and fix them when it happened, and prevent it the next time, and ever since I have had no issues. Best lashes I have ever gotten. Prior to coming here, I got lashes twice - they looked nice but only lasted me about a week, I followed the after-care instructions so figured this was normal. A few years ago my aunt got me a full set from Perfect You, for my birthday. I booked with Aleksandra, got a hybrid cat-eye C curl set and they stayed on for nearly 3.5-4 weeks before having to get a refill! I was so impressed I went back, and have been going back ever since ever since. 10/10 would recommend!
