All I have to say is that it’s a great and blessed place because saints of Christ live there…!
We have lived at 60 Exeter for 5 years, and we really love it here. Robbie & Gary ( our superintendents) are very easy to communicate with. If we ever have an issue it is resolved promptly. Also Robbie & Gary take pride in keeping the building clean & presentable at all times. We see both Robbie and Gary on a daily basis, they are always out and about & have a friendly demeanour. I would definitely recommend living in our building.
I have been living here for 3 years next month. It has been a great experience. Our building managers are always available to help. If I put in a work order to have some work done in my apartment, it is done within a timely manner! The only thing I would like to see changed is; if someone is currently renting an apartment and would like to upsize or downsize to different bedroom sizes, we should have that opportunity first before other people who aren't currently living in the building.
