TERRIBLE management- package thief for my order and for other residents at 6930 Greenview - contacted the office and nothing has been done for over a week now. Never checked video footage- probably not even recording. Laundry machine steals your money. Filed a work order multiple times and they did nothing. Hallway smelled like poop for days last week. They have no copy of my lease. Maintenance has not fixed my breaker in 3 days. The laundry machine steals your money. The shower is leaking and after 3 days and 5 calls no one has helped. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I feel like some of these negative reviews might be people not getting "their way" and I also feel like everyone hates their landlord but 606 has been great. we have a clean unit. when something is wrong, we put in our work order and people call us to fix it. When I go to the office to pay rent (yes I am old fashioned) the staff is super nice and their office is super nice. I can't imagine living for another landlord.
