One of worst facility we visit check-in 10 AM for 3 PM appointment say early and ask for checking in on 2 PM. Check in on 2 PM after three hour. They just only inspect trailer and ask you have to clean we Go to the check-in office they have very bad attitude ask we only do when we want for loading have to wait next 3-4 hours possibly avoid that place Still waiting here’s 3pm appointment now over 8 pm. I checked with shipping says how long you take both ladies are too rude no respect our time and advise us never come here again behave like owner but just work here hourly management have need too do attention here control his employees attitude

This place is by appointment only won’t take u early, so if you’re here early go to the petro up the street. Had 8 O’clock started to unload around 10:00 done by 11. Not the worst,but can do better.

Worst place if you're picking up a load it will take hrs to get loaded and only by appointment no restrooms for drivers 👎

The door that says RECEIVING on it has a tiny sign that tells drivers to go down to the end of their docks to check in. The receiving sign you can read from your truck. The one about going down aways to check in you can read if you're standing three feet away. After checking in, you'll drop your trailer at a dock with tandems all the way back and a chock in front of the tires. They told us to park near the building in front of the docks, which also puts you in front of anybody trying to drop or pick up a trailer. There's room, but it doesn't help. You're better off just going down to the Petro.
