Visited the salon and met Ms. Gurpreet and Mr. SK Sharma twice to discuss hair treatment options while ensuring clarity in expectations for both parties. Finalised to go ahead with nanoplastia as it is the non chemical method with 70-80% straightness as an outcome and lasts for atleast 50 washes. On the day of service, I would definitely say Mr Sharma and Mr. Sahil spent time and effort however after the reiteration of expectations the outcome was a *fail* in relation to two key aspects: 1. Straight hair 2. Inward look. After washing, my hair was soft but not straight and were wavy outward. I asked repeatedly for an explanation and was advised: 1. I have layers hair cut 2. My hair are naturally curved. Well I am well aware of my hair and that's exactly why I wanted a straight look through treatment. Provided feedback to Mr. Sharma right then and he didn't accept and sent me off with a blow dry straight look. Paid quite a bit without any argument for nanoplastia but received the outcome of a hair spa. Have added photos of wash after product application and after final blow dry with hair shaped outward.

Great experience. SK Sharma, senior hair stylist helped me choose the right services for my hair and they take time and effort to do the hair spa, cut and more. It is not a rushed job. They make sure you get the best out of each service. It is hard to find reliable salons. This will be one that I will revisit.
