I recently asked 800Fixing to replace the screen on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Since I only needed the phone for a short period, I chose their cheaper replacement option. Unfortunately, the outcome has been very disappointing: The screen does not fit properly and protrudes from the body of the phone. The display does not cover the full surface of the screen (4 mm gap). Just minutes after the technician left, the phone began to overheat, the screen turned pink, and it restarted repeatedly. It has now been two days since the repair, and the phone overheats and shuts down around 20 times per day. This makes the device difficult to use and raises serious concerns about safety, especially when charging or during air travel. When I complained, the company told me I had chosen this option and offered either to remove the screen from the phone and refund (leave me with no screen?) or to upgrade and pay for a higher-cost/quality component. While I understand that different options exist, I believe that any part provided to customers should still: Fit the phone correctly, Function as expected, and Most mportabtly be safe to use. If a component cannot meet these minimum requirements, it should not be offered to customers. UPDATE: After heated discussions, 800Fixing agreed indeed to refund the screen only if it is removed, effectively leaving me without a functioning phone. This demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and no ownership of service quality or safety.

I was worried that my screen might get ruined but they fixed it perfectly with their good skills. Honesty is something I really appreciate and they had it. Very honest and fast service 10/10. Highly recommended👍🏻 ^^^ This feedback was before sending it back after finding a gap where part of the screen was detached later on and when i asked them to fix it they perfectly fixed the gap but dust was incorporated under the glass screen and now there are some small white dots across the screen, good job in fixing the gap but be careful about the dust part

I have repaired my Apple watch display and backside with 800fixing , they have done a wonderful job . They have done pickup from my home and delivered which was dazzle free .. and everything thing is perfectly done, it looks new and the quality is perfect..
