Very smooth process. I booked the service on line. Service options and prices were clearly laid out and appointments were available within a few days. Paid on line and received good communication- both confirming and reminding me of the appointment. Very helpful digital copy of the written report with photos. Also I appreciated the great video the technician Chris put together to walk thru the highlights of the report and provide additional commentary. Overall I’m very happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Chris and the 840 crew!

Wow, that inspection was amazing. I would have never thought that there would be so many things on a new construction and I really appreciate the level of detail that was put into it. I particularly liked the video explaining everything. I went into it thinking that inspections are just something you have to do in the home buying process but after seeing this I really see the value in it and feel like I got my moneys worth. Thank you so much!

Chris R was very knowledgeable and meticulous in his approach to the inspection. Although he was not able to examine certain parts of the house due to factors outside of his control, he made significant efforts to provide a comprehensive assessment of the areas he could inspect. He was approachable and took the time to address my questions.
