I went in to get a haircut plus some slight styling to my hair. The second I sat down and she began to wet my hair and brush it she already complained that my hair was tangled and gets knotted easily (which is fair as for reference I have curly/wavy hair and pick hairbrushes will knot up my hair, and many hairstylist have also commented on this before, no matter how much I untangle it before coming in to my appointment), however she seemed to have an attitude of distaste for it based on her tone. Before I could finish explaining what I wanted with my hair she was already cutting my hair. I told her that I have wavy/curly hair to give her some knowledge of my hair texture, I reminded her a second time as she was cutting my hair a few minutes later; quickly snapping at me saying "you told me already". After she was done cutting my layers, she asked what I wanted to with my bangs because I mentioned when she was cutting my hair that I wanted some face framing, however I wasn't sure what it would be (to best fit my face) but I knew I was always scared to get my hair too short (aka bangs/fringes). Next thing I know she cuts two small very small portions of my hair into the bangs/fridges I strictly didn't want. Later when my hair dried, those bangs were directly curled into my eyes, making me have to cut them myself. She "framed my face" with bangs, I asked if we could go shorter which was followed up by a comment saying "are you sure? I think it will look kind of ugly, but whatever you want". Which I knew from a previous haircut (at a different place) that it does not look ugly on me. After asking for shorter at a lank I was acceptable with (I really did not want to be in her seat any longer) she did not blend it into my layers, giving it a very straight cut and leaving it. She was just very much in a rush to get me out of the chair the second I sat down even though the only other person waiting was my mother. I wasn't sure what made her dislike me or my hair so much that she wanted to rush me and not listen to my full opinion and wants of my hair (or even ask for a reference photo). This was my first time going to this location, so I'm sure not every hairstylist here are like this.

Grace Preston is an awesome, tried, and true hair dresser. She is a perfectionist. No wonder she has such a great customer base including our snow birds. Thin hair? No problem! Grace can make your hair look thicker than you can imagine. She is truly blessed.

Very nice service loved my haircut. A little pricey! Love to tip more but no senior discounts on one's on fixed incomes. We like the store but we will probably find somewhere not so pricey.

Great service. Always get in fast and always friendly. Eileen gave me a wonderful haircut and was a joy to talk to. I refuse to pay $50.00 for my short hair to be cut when Supercuts does it right for so much less. Thank you Supercuts !
