You don't need to look for another bank or broker. Julio was able to get me a mortgage when no else was able to help as I was looking to buy a house 7 hours away from the GTA. He did the impossible and was able give me some options on mortgages. Absolutely amazing!.

Julio thanks for exposing lies. Since when do I have three properties 😂 and rental . I only have one which anyone reading this can google my name first and last and they can see my address . Also yes Julio you did call me to screw me again , by adding another 10k to my debt for no reason . But here is the interesting part Julio why is it what I am going through it’s exactly what many other people are going through with your company and PROMPT FINANCIAL . They probably have three properties as well . Julio you should not be telling lies when your playing with peoples life’s here , and someone like me will put a stop to it . I am writing this to who ever is planning to do HELOC, please don’t make the same mistake that I did. Go to your bank , try to figure it out but don’t put a second mortgage on your home . Two years ago I did that , I was approved for 30$k, which I accept it. I was told that I would pay $70 twice a month, it was way to good and I was told after two years you will get same rate since rate will go down . So I took it , from that 30$k , 5000$ of it I payed to broker , and also on top of that I paid for home inspection and approximate 2000$ for commission to the broker , I was left little as 22$k , which I agreed I had no choice and didn’t know much . The bad part is now after two years , the want to raise the payment from 70$ twice a month to 248$ twice a month , which I can not afford , this had caused huge stress in my life now , because I know I can not afford that specially now that things are expensive . If I knew that this will happens and I will be stuck with this and the price is jumped from 70$ a week to 248$ I would never done it . And this is not what I was told . I was told the price will not go up. So please don’t make the same mistake as I did , don’t fall for the scam that you have to pay most of your money because they know you need it and your have no choice . It’s a second mortgage and your stuck with it . Now I have calculated even if I pay the minimum payment this will never end , I borrowed 30k , now I own 32k , they are charging me 2000$ for renew . Most of my payment has gone to interest . DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID .
