Good location and staff for the most part. Most staff are great. However, I have had 2 interactions with one staff member who left me feeling horrid. I'm surprised she's still working there. The first interaction was in May 2024. I went in to get my silver ring inspected and cleaned (bought from Charm). She put it through the ultrasonic and handed it to me still wet. It then started turning black within minutes. I went back, and she tried to blame it on me, saying I must have been using chemicals, etc, at home that affected it and that it wasn't the cleaning. This lady had assumed my ring was white gold or platinum and never checked the material before cleaning it. She also tried to convince me that it's just a cheap/inexpensive ring. I walked away in tears and returned again a short while later with my mom to re-explain the situation. We finally got her to agree to send it out for cleaning because their treatment affected the finish. I should not have had to fight so hard just to get a silver ring that means a lot to me cleaned. The second interaction was in February 2025. I went to pick up my new engagement ring after it had been sent out to be sized. I practically had to beg her for a box as it was a new ring and had never left the store. I had hoped she had moved on to another opportunity, but unfortunately not. To keep my warranty, I need to return every 6 months for inspection, but I will likely be choosing a different location. I would not trust this individual to handle my jewelry safely or to treat me with respect.

I left my watch,which is an heirloom from my grandmother, to have the batteries changed. Turns out,the guy don't know how to change or even open it and left a dent on my watch. Such a great service really! 🤨 Don't leave any of your jewelries or watches here! I was not in the mood to complain in the store but I am letting you guys know.

I had given them a tie clip to engrave with "Beloved" for my Son. It was a very poor engraving job that read "Eeloved". Instead of just admitting it was a poor job and maybe giving me a discount, she tried to force me to admit it read "Beloved". I paid and gave her the tie clip to do with as she pleased. I was so upset I forgot to take a picture ... but perhaps that is just as well.

Typically not one to write reviews however the service, honesty, integrity, among others things I received from Pal was top notch. My family has been going to this store for the past 10-15 years and have dealt solely with Pal - and I went in as I was referred by my family - and I’m happy I did. She is so genuine in terms of helping you find the right item. I’ve been to other stores and felt pushed and upsold on things I did not want. But Pal listened to what type of item I was looking for, I gave her a budget - and within a few minutes she presented me with a variety of options. After crossing some items off the list (by a mix of my needs and her recommendations) she helped me purchase the perfect item. Pal should be recognized for her customer service skills and commitment to Charm. Thanks Pal.
