Had such a wonderful experience today at A'vie! I wanted a last minute haircut with Bella and they squeezed me in and even let me bring my kids with me. They were super warm and welcoming and Bella did an amazing job with my hair! It was an above and beyond customer service experience. Highly reccomend!

I scheduled a 90 minute hot stone massage. After the massage, when I was checking out at the front desk, I confirmed with the receptionist which type of massage I had orginally booked. She confirmed it was hot stone. I informed her that I did not receive a hot stone massage. The reply was oh and then stated the amount I owed again. I stated that the price should be different since I didn't receive what was booked and they are different price points. The receptionist then stated that she needed to go check with the massage therapist. She came back and adjusted the price to the price of a therapeutic massage. As I was paying, the therapist walked past me in the lobby and didn't say a thing. I never received an apology from anyone. Nor did I receive any type of contact from management of A'vie after I replied to the automated text that I received. It seems like bad business to me to not take ownership of a simple mistake.

I lived my experience here, the place was very clean, relaxing and beautiful. The ladies that helped me with my hair and makeup were both very attentive to what I was asking for and also recommend provisions to based off their professional experience, I valued their opinion and am happy with the results.
