He came on a Saturday to cut the bathroom ceiling and determine the source—followed up later this week to patch and paint. Asked for them to make an appointment via email so we're not playing phone tag and was told, "I don't do anything over email whats your phone number? If no number find someone else" Well, someone else it is. Someone who doesn't want to put things in writing is not to be trusted.
