Went to A&P as the drivers side window in my RCZ stopped working. A&P told me it needed a new regulator, a few days later they told me it also needed a new window motor. They told me I would be best ordering the window motor myself so I don't get charged vat. I supplied the motor. A few days later they told me the motor I supplied didn't work. I therefore sent this back and got a refund. The window issue remained unresolved however, I paid A&P just under £400 as they couldn't send the Regulator back. A few months later I took this part to another garage to try get the issue resolved. I supplied the same regulator that A&P supplied. The garage very quickly told me the regulator I had was for the passenger side and not the drivers side. Therefore, I had to purchase another regulator for the correct side. Therefore, I'm £400 out of pocket for a part I did not require.

Can’t recommend this garage enough! They genuinely go the extra mile for their customers – honest advice, fair prices, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
