We love BWD!!! We have been using BWD’s services (pet care and grooming) since our dog Pancho was a puppy. We’ve always been so happy with the level of care, service, consistency and genuine love for our pup. For grooming, Stephanie and team have been super patient, as my dog gets very anxious with the process. They always go above and beyond to ensure that my pup is comfortable and safe. Now thanks to their help, he is getting better and is able to tolerate the process … and he also looks great! The van is super convenient for working/busy professionals as the teams makes it as convenient as possible to book and maintain consistency in my pup’s grooming schedule. Walking services are also excellent! So easy to book with the app and my dog enjoys the attention and care he gets from all the walkers. We love BWD and cannot recommend them enough!!!!!

Excellent service and people. Deacon cannot see and BWD took their time with him. You can definitely tell that they have experience with dogs. When he came out, he never looked better and he was his normal happy self. In fact he kept wanting to go back to the van. Once done, they explained everything that was done and why. The pictures of Deacon during the process are great. Super transparent!!! They recommended a plan to get his nails down to reasonable length but we're not pushy nor did I feel shamed for not being perfect with my dog care. As someone else said, game changer. Highly recommend. Thank you again BED team. Before picture and after pictures (two after photos because he looks so darn good).

Our walker, Teri, was super personable, kind and knowledgeable right off the bat. Her preparedness and clear eagerness to greet Kiwi excitedly and enthusiastically made me feel immediately secure that Kiwi was in good hands. When Kiwi returned, she was clearly in great spirits and you could tell she had just returned from a satisfying walk. Shortly after, I got the email from BWD which provided a walk summary, checkboxes for pee and poop status, photos (one of which attached to this review) and video, and a confirmation of date and start/end times. The photos and video were high resolution and really gave me a peace of mind to see her in action. Thank you, BWD, and thank you Teri! Will be booking again ASAP!
