A Godsend Roofing

We recently had our roof replaced after the last wind storm tore off several shingles. Brody was very nice and knowledgeable. He came out quickly and got us an estimate for repairs and replacement. We got on the schedule very quickly and had our new roof installed. He replaced any wood underneath that needed replacing and did a great job putting the gutters back up. The yard was also spotless afterwards. The overall cost was very reasonable also. This was a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company. One week later, we had our other little city house roof evaluated. It also needed to be replaced so we had A Godsend Roofing do this job also. I really appreciated that they gave us honest feedback, which was evident when the roof was taken off. Some boards needed to be replaced and venting updated. Flashing also needed to be replaced. This company will give you a detailed list of what they are going to do and what it will cost. There aren't any surprises. They also came very quickly (the next day!) and early in the morning to get the roof replaced before the next big flooding rain storm. Once again, everything went smoothly. The old shingles were removed, boards replaced where needed, flashing and venting updated. The yard was cleaned up nicely afterwards. After two huge projects in one week, I would highly recommend A Godsend Roofing.

A Godsend Roofing was great with communication. They provided a detailed estimate with no surprises. I was charged exactly what they quoted me. They were on time to get the job done when they said they would be here. They were efficient and courteous being careful to cover up landscaping. They did an excellent job with cleanup. Edited: After submitting my initial review, the company demonstrated an impressive commitment to customer satisfaction. They promptly responded and sent a representative the very next morning—on a Saturday—to address the concerns I had raised. It is important to note a key detail regarding their service description. When they state, “Replace all flashing (pipes with lead boots, walls, chimneys),” this does not, and legally cannot, include exhaust vents for HVAC appliances. These components require specialized attention due to licensing regulations for HVAC technicians. While there may have been some shortcomings in supervising employees during the original roof installation, the company’s proactive and responsive approach to my feedback more than made up for those issues. Their dedication to ensuring a positive customer experience is evident in the swift action they took following my review. I haven’t been able to tell how well they Clean and re-nailed guttering since we haven’t had a good hard rain. It appears that the exhaust vent for the gas appliances was not replaced. One corner appears to be curved up. I’ve only found ten roofing nails.
