This is the second roof I have had restored with A One. The job was to clean, repair, repoint and paint my concrete tile roof. Nabina and her team make the process seamless due to their excellent communication throughout the whole process. The inspection report prior to the restoration, was very detailed and described exactly the issues with my roof. There was over 20 photos to back up the proposed work that was required. This helped me feel confident with the work that was required and the price they quoted. Once works began, I was kept up to date with the progress, and photos were also given at each stage. Once the job was complete, the post work photos showed every detail of the roof from all different angles, to show the work was completed, and to an excellent standard. Nabina was very helpful over the phone with any questions that I had throughout the whole process. I would 100% recommend A One Roof Restoration.

Had a leaking roof during big storms but no idea from where exactly. Had these guys out for a free quote and diagnosis and they were able to attend pretty soon and provide a detailed summary of issues and repair required. Had the repairs done and throughout the whole process found the communication with Nabina to be fantastic and easy. A lot of it was via text which I love and find extremely convenient. I received photos of completed works. Hopefully all is well next storm! Would happily use this company again.
