This has been so beneficial to me. The staff is wonderful. I no longer have anxiety about where is a washroom when l am out. I don't wake up to pee. It's the best thing l have done for myself. I no longer have to pee in-between my aquatic classes. I highly recommend sitting in the chair to strengthen your pelvic floor. Thank you so much Diana

I was recommended to see Michael Malvar after I had some pain in my knees. Michael was able to quickly determine I had "runners knees" where he was able to give me a simple exercise to improve and strengthen the area. After a couple of sessions with Mike, I'm happy to see I don't have any knee pain and can play volleyball free of pain. Michael is very attentive, easy to talk to and knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend.

She wasn’t wrong. That was a year ago & I still see him for all my physiotherapy needs. I’ve even recommended him to my mom & now we both see him. He’s patient, knowledgeable, caring & extremely respectful. My whole experience at A+ from being a client of Micheals to scheduling appointments with the receptionists has been extremely delightful.
