Ray provided me with all details of the inspection providing me with all details of what was needed to make my chimney safe to use. Ray Gessner of A Step in Time did a awesome service for my company on a big project. I sought his expertise for a structural engineering issue on my project. While I was fairly confident that everything would be okay, I still wanted the advice and consultation of a professional. Ray and his company was the answer. Not only did they immediately address my needs, but that even did it on Saturday morning. They took my call that morning, set up an appointment as early as possible in the week, and researched and answered my questions via email over the weekend- that’s dedication!! Then, when it came to showtime, Ray suited up and crawled into crawlspace and offered a needed visual inspection- Ray did, not an employee! That’s dedication! This is what was received when I mentioned that after the work is done that I would prefer not to receive calls, mailing or emails. We are not interested in doing business with you. Go away and do not contact us. Take your business elsewhere. Anyone who does not want contact than we also do not want contact. You are likely a scam person trying to cheat people out of money. Good bye. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN (Ray Gessner is such a good business man) That is why the company has a 50% customer service (at best) rating. and not certified by the BBB.
