Called them a couple months ago about scheduling a ride to and from the airport in a few months from then, was told to text them my details as they were currently driving, fair enough. They read it the same day according to iMessage, but never responded. Over a month later I sent a follow up text, again, they read it the same day and never responded to that as well. At this point, even if they respond, I have zero confidence that they would actually show up and not leave me stranded. Unfortunately, since they have zero competition on the taxi service in this area, you are quite literally at their will. Very sad and disappointing.

Awesome driver who communicated was able to fit us in. On the day of, the driver communicated with me and waited an extra 15 mins with me, plus was flexible when weather delayed us. The driver gave us lots of local tips and dropped us right off at our other vehicle. Highly recommend it, but do book in advance if you can.

When my car rental didn’t come through, Superior Transportation did! Rick was fabulous… personally picked up my call & was able to quickly pick me up from the airport. I also arranged for a pick up to be taken back to the airport… he was prompt for pick up & got me back to the airport efficiently. Loved that he was knowledgeable about the area & was able to suggest local establishments for food & entertainment too. Would highly recommend! Thanks again Rick!

Excellent reliable service! I made a reservation over the phone for ride to airport the next day. Our driver, Charlie, showed up on time and got us to the airport safely and promptly. Enjoyed having Charlie as our driver.
