I ordered furniture online and paid in advance a week ago, but the delivery never arrived (order # 251000596530). I kept calling the contact center, and every time they said someone would call me back — but no one ever did. Very poor service, totally disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company.

STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY / POOR QUALITY/ UNPROFESSIONAL Customer Care Customer care RANA very RUDE. I am sharing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the purchase I made from your store. I ordered a piece of furniture from your online catalog, expecting to receive a high quality item matching the description provided. However, not only did you deliver a substandard piece of furniture, but your refusal to solve the matter added further frustration to this already disappointing experience. 1. February 15th, 2023: I purchased 2 seater Geneva bench sofa from the their online store. However, within a few months, the item broke. (Photo attached) 2. July 23rd, 2023: I contacted the store and explained the issue. the staff was understanding and agreed to replace the faulty item. I appreciated the response and willingness to resolve the problem. 3. November 25th, 2023: the item broke again, which was extremely dangerous as it hurt the person who was seating in the bench. The item was replaced by a new one few days later however I was hopeful that this time the replacement would be of better quality. 4. June 6th, 2023: I contacted the store and explained the situation. Once again the leg broke and could have caused serious injury to myself. I was surprised and frustrated by this quality, as I had expected the item to last properly for a reasonable period of time. First and foremost, the furniture I received does not meet the quality standards advertised on your website. The quality feels flimsy and haphazardly put together, which leaves me concerned about its durability and safety. It is obvious that the materials used are of inferior quality, making the furniture look shoddy. Additionally, I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have received thus far. I have spoken to RANA from Customer care who was unprofessional and instead hanged up the phone. When I contacted your sales representative to express my concerns and request for a solution , I received unhelpful and dismissive responses. The representative I spoke with, seemed uninterested in resolving my issue and provided no viable solutions. I find this treatment unacceptable, as I expected a higher level of professionalism and willingness to help from your store. As a loyal customer, I did not expect such a disappointing experience. I have always had a positive impression of your store, but this recent incidents has seriously tarnished that perception.
