My massage experience at A Touch Above has been wonderful. Liz takes the time to talk with you about your pain and listens to your concerns. She’s very professional and wants her clients to feel comfortable. I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Her studio is lovely and very conducive to relaxation. I highly recommend Liz.

My sister gave me a massage with Liz for my birthday. I live in Cary and she was able to find Liz before me! My massage was Amazing! She spent time with me talking about my body and what issues I have been having. So knowledgeable. The 60 minute massage was so Great! She was able to relieve pain and stress in my lower back due to my Sciatica. She was point on but gentle as well. I would recommend her as a massage therapist to all. Hope to be back soon!

Excellent! I am writing this review because I am so grateful for previous reviewers. If it weren’t for them, I would not be experiencing massages with Liz. Thank you!! I was extremely nervous the first time I had a massage (first time ever—in my 50s). Liz put me at ease immediately. She is a great listener and she tailors the massage specifically for my needs. The environment is comfortable and serene. I see Liz because I have an extremely stressful job. Yes!!! It works wonders for stress and anxiety management. Liz has also greatly reduced or eliminated muscle pain or foot pain. If you are trying to find a great massage therapist who is clearly experienced, caring, and pleasant—I highly suggest you give A Touch Above a call. I’m so glad I did!!!
