I give them 10 stars! A foundation company destroy a lot of duct work when working on my 94 year old mother’s house. Robert Price, crawl under the house assessed the damage, and gave me a price that was $20,000 less than another company, his crew was outstanding, came in replaced ac , moved the pad back from house and leveled, rerouted the condensation line to drain outside and not under the house, replaced the heater, air handler, and plenum reroute the duck work to have less turns. Unbelievable job , now my mom has heat in her bedroom and bath. What a great company with great people.

United Mechanical- recommendation 12 Oct 2025 I want to give a “five stars” recommendation to United Mechanical. My story: In 2005 I wanted to replace my HVAC system. It was over 20 years old, very inefficient, expensive to run, never heated or cooled the house evenly, and could not keep up with outside temperature extremes. I had several contractors come and give me their evaluations and sales pitches. I am an engineer and none of them made sense until Bob Whitson of United Mechanical came. He pointed out my restricted return ducting situation, sketched up the solution, and gave me a detailed and fair price. Technicians Gilbert and Juan installed my new 5-ton Amana 16 SEER system with the updated ducting. It made all the difference. It has functioned flawlessly these last 20 years. I have had United mechanical check it twice a year (service tech is Serzio Cascillo). Last year we isolated a slow leak in the evaporator. My condenser and other component all checked like new. I purchased a new 5-ton R410A Goodman evaporator and a new TXV. I had Robert Price (United Mechanical engineer) review my system and schedule replacing the evaporator. Again, Gilbert and Juan did an excellent job of replacing it. I am getting 21 to 24 F delta-T on a hot day. The price was very reasonable and my wife and I are very happy. Stephen & Peggy Merrell

In 2019 I had a ball valve installed to make sure I could shut off the water if need be. United Mechanical did a great job and it worked great as many of the other properties in the building had water damage during the big freeze that winter but not mine. A week ago they completed an engineering survey and provided an engineering report and diagrams as part of a new HVAC install yet to be completed. Again a great job. Thanks to the engineer Hunter for the great work. I have found that this company provides high quality service.
