I contacted Alan regarding an injector failure on my car and he was brilliant from the off. He's very friendly and helpful, I felt that nothing was too much trouble. He is incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed the fault and arranged the repair very quickly. He also offered advice on what steps to take next and what to look out for. A very genuine guy who I'll happily use again. Highly recommended.

Alan fixed my daughters car. His communication was great from the start, very friendly and helpful and keeping us informed about what was going on. Despite the job taking longer than expected, he kept to the price he had quoted which was very much appreciated. Will definitely be using Alan and A&B Auto Services again.

Can't praise Alan enough for the service he did for us - not only was he prompt in coming to repair our car but he was very efficient. He performed a new battery change before I'd even finished making the coffee and ran all diagnostics on the car system to detect any issues with me and describing them all clearly and concisely to a complete amateur to make sure I understand. Fixed everything wrong with the car (transponder light issues, engine light on and dead battery, etc) and the car now runs like a dream. He even took it upon himself to get in contact with an electrician to discuss the next steps to fix another issue in my car that isn't fixable by a mechanic. Exceedingly generous, easy to talk to, efficient and polite (and our dog loves him!) - I know who I'll be calling for issues with our car from now on! Thank you Alan :)
