I admit to being nervous, leaving our 2 highly sensitive cats with a cat sitter for the very first time. But our little girls immediately took to Brook, responding so well to her warm, gentle, calm & caring manner. We very much appreciated Brook's twice daily updates and we loved seeing her photos and videos of our cats in action. It was clear all 3 of them had a lot of fun together! Thank you Brook for looking after our kittens so well & for putting our minds at ease!

Brook is absolutely fantastic! We have had her care for our cats twice now, including a two week trip where she resided in our home while we were away. One of our cats is a senior with diabetes (requiring insulin injections twice a day) and he also has a couple of other health issues. The care and compassion that Brook shows to our cats is incredible. She took amazing care of them for us and sent us wonderful daily updates while we were away. Through the written updates, photos and videos she sent we could see how well our cats were doing in her care and they were acting like their usual selves with her. Even our shy/nervous cat was very comfortable with Brook and was snuggling and playing with Brook while we were away! In addition to providing excellent care for our cats, she also took great care of our home. I can't recommend Brook enough for your pet needs in Victoria and we will certainly be scheduling her again for our future travels.
